In order to open an account with us, you must have a floral business with a tax ID number. You will need to fill out a credit application and a resale tax exemption form. You can print out these forms and either mail them to 4045 Highway 101, Attn: Credit Manager, Plymouth MN 55446 or fax them to 763.478.6009. Also, please take the time to review our terms and conditions. If you have questions on either form, or on our terms and conditions, please call 800.659.ROSE and speak to our Credit Manager.
